Our strategy is based on a pragmatic and ambitious two-step approach, designed to minimize risk and maximize growth.
1. Secure the Base
Our absolute priority is to achieve the €7.16M target from the Business Plan. The "IAM Data Intelligence" offer is the dedicated engine for this goal, making our primary commitment safe and predictable.
2. Activate Growth Levers
Once the base is secured and the plan is fully funded, we activate our "Jokers": launching complementary offers in Europe and executing a phased global expansion to turn our potential into tangible revenue.

How We Reach the Target: The IAM Simulation
Our plan to meet the BP target is clear and secure. The detailed simulation for our "IAM Data Intelligence" offer alone allows us to reach **€7M**, which is **98% of the official target**.
Upside Potential Note: This model's hypotheses for "Strategic Partnership" plans are based on a conservative €250k average basket. As our offer is "starting from" this price, we have a significant opportunity to invoice more and either increase our revenue or adjust the number of clients based on the final average basket. This upside is not modeled in this graph.
